Lean Construction:Work system based on extensive work planning. Lean Method brings numerous benefits to the execution of the projects: It reduces activities with no added value, financial resources, the duration of the work and periods of inactivity while it optimizes the use of materials, in addition to increasing the transparency of the processes.

The Lean Construction Methodology encompasses two important tools. Kanban– controls and organizes the supply of inputs at the construction sites, avoiding product waste; and Last Planner – essential for production planning, which helps the technical team to eliminate uncertainties during the project and ensures that activities are carried out with maximum productivity.

Design Thinking: In Engineering, we use this productive action plan to develop more creative, critical, and efficient thinking in the operation, seeking to optimize results through new technologies, time management and process review.
